Ordering
How does ordering work?
Add what you like to the cart, then hit Checkout. You'll land on a secure Stripe checkout page with everything already in it: enter your email and address, pay with card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. No account, no password, and we never see your card number.
How do the shirts fit?
True to size, classic cuts, soft cotton. The Main Tee and the Tank come in men's and women's cuts; everything comes in S through XXL. Between sizes? Size up for the porch-and-hoagie fit, down for the river-trail fit.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes. If you have one (say, from a postcard that showed up in your mailbox), enter it on the checkout page.
Gifts
How does the gift service work?
Tap "Make it a gift" or tick "This is a gift" in your cart (+$4 per order), and type what the card should say. At checkout, enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address. We wrap everything, handwrite your note, and mail it. The packing slip inside has no prices on it.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
$5 per order by USPS, and free on orders of $50 or more. You pick the option on the checkout page.
Can I pick up in Conshy?
Yes: choose "Free Conshy pickup" at checkout and we'll email you to set a time. Free shipping over the Fayette Street bridge, basically.
How fast do orders ship?
We print in-house, so most orders go out within 2–3 business days, then USPS takes it from there. You'll get a tracking email the moment it ships.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. US addresses only for now. If you're summering abroad (condolences), email us and we'll figure something out.
Returns
What's the return policy?
Unworn and unwashed within 30 days of delivery: full refund or a swap, your call. Email hello@isummerinconshy.com and we'll sort it. You can also drop returns off in Conshy instead of mailing them; we'll reply with the spot.
Sales tax
Why is there no tax on my shirt?
Pennsylvania doesn't tax everyday clothing. Postcards, stickers, and gift wrap are taxable, so those get Pennsylvania sales tax added at checkout.
Reaching a human
How do I get in touch?
Use the postcard form, email hello@isummerinconshy.com, or message us on Facebook. Same person answers all of them, usually within a day.
