Terms of sale
Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars and shown on the site. The price you pay is the one on the Stripe checkout page when you place the order. If we can't fill an order (say, a color runs out), we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't receive or store your card number.
Shipping and pickup
We ship to US addresses by USPS. Delivery estimates are estimates. Local pickup in Conshohocken is arranged by email. Details are on the FAQ.
Returns and refunds
Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Email us first so we know it's coming. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Sales tax
We collect Pennsylvania sales tax where it applies. Everyday clothing is exempt; postcards, stickers, and gift wrap are taxable.
The name
"I Summer in Conshy" and the ISC logo are ours. Please don't print them on things you sell.
Privacy
What we collect
When you order: your name, email, shipping address, what you bought, and any gift note, all through Stripe, so we can make and ship your order. When you send a postcard through the site: your email and message, delivered to our inbox by a form service.
What stays in your browser
Your cart is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. The site also remembers the Conshy weather for a few minutes so it doesn't ask twice. Neither is sent to us until you check out.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information, and there are no advertising trackers on this site. We use your email to handle your order or answer your message, and nothing else unless you ask us to.
Services we rely on
Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), FormSubmit (the postcard form), and Open-Meteo (the live weather; your browser asks it for Conshohocken's weather, not yours).
Your choices
Email us to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require.
